Join us on Saturday, Oct. 5, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Bennett Spring State Park! This event will feature live music, storytelling, food trucks, vendors and a car show. Historical exhibits at Shelter B and the nature center, as well as Civilian Conservation Corps reenactors, will highlight the history of the park since its birth in 1924. The celebration with end with a movie night on the lawn, starting at 6:30 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public, and there is no need to register. Guests planning to attend the movie are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.
